In the misty high mountains of Lishan,every snow pear is the result of nearly 270 days of nourishment from the land.


From blossoming and pollination in April,through the cleansing winter frost,to a bountiful harvest in December—the cold refines the texture of the pears, making them exceptionally delicate, juicy, and naturally sweet, earning the title “King of Pears.”

Yet, not every pear reaches the market with a perfect appearance.We choose not to waste, and not to give up.


đŸŒ± To reduce imperfect fruit waste and enhance agricultural value,Keifu Foods partners with Chaosheng Farm in Lishan,selecting smaller or imperfect snow pears,slowly simmering 10 jin of fresh pears into 1 jin of pear syrup,crafted with time and patience—no preservatives added, preserving only the pure, gentle nourishment of the pear.
