Suggested use:

Tea Leaf Amount

• Recommended ratio: 1:50 to 1:60 (tea leaves: water)
• Example: 10g tea leaves for 500–600ml water

Water Temperature

• Use 95–100°C hot water

• Taiwan Assam Black Tea is heat-tolerant and benefits from high-temperature brewing to release its rich malty flavor and full-bodied depth.

Steeping Time

• 6–8 minutes (adjust based on desired strength)

• For batch brewing, aim for around 7 minutes to extract maximum flavor without bitterness.
• To achieve a stronger tea base, increase tea leaf quantity and slightly reduce steeping time.

Suitable Drink Types

• Plain Black Tea: Smooth, full-bodied, malty

• Milk Tea / Assam Latte: Holds up well with milk, ideal for creamy beverages

• Brown Sugar or Flavored Milk Teas: Pairs excellently with sweetness and strong additions

• Iced Tea: Maintains rich flavor when chilled, with no loss of depth

Other Tips

• Conduct small-scale brews to adjust strength before large batch preparation

• When using tea bags, avoid overfilling (leave at least 1/3 empty space for proper extraction)
