Water Temperature
• Use 90–95°C hot water
• Lychee Black Tea includes natural fruit essence—using slightly lower temperatures helps preserve the lychee’s floral aroma while still extracting the black tea’s depth.
Steeping Time
• 3–5 minutes (adjust based on preferred flavor intensity)
• For batch brewing, steep for around 4 minutes to retain the fruity fragrance and avoid bitterness
