Suggested use:

Tea Leaf Amount

• Recommended ratio: 1:50 to 1:60 (tea leaves: water)
• Example: 10g tea leaves for 500–600ml water

Water Temperature

• Use: 90–95°C hot water

• Darjeeling Black Tea is delicate, and slightly cooler water helps preserve its floral, muscatel notes.

Steeping Time

• Steeping time: 4–6 minutes (adjust based on desired strength)

• For batch brewing, aim for around 5 minutes to avoid over-extraction and bitterness.
• For a stronger tea base, increase tea leaf amount and slightly reduce steeping time.

Suitable Drink Types

• Plain Black Tea: Light, floral, and aromatic
• Milk Tea / Black Tea Latte: Gentle tea base complements milk, maintaining fragrance
• Chai / Spiced Tea: Subtle enough to enhance spices
• Iced Tea: Remains aromatic and flavorful when chilled

Other Tips

• Test small batches to adjust concentration before setting large batch ratios
• When using tea bags, avoid overfilling (keep tea leaves under 2/3 of the bag for optimal extraction)
