How to cook delicious tapioca pearls
First, prepare a kilogram of pearls.
Add 8 kilograms of water, and the ratio of pearls to water is 1:8.
Turn on high heat and bring the water to a boil
After boiling, add the pearls and stir with a whisk.
Cover the pot and wait until the water boils again
After boiling, adjust the firepower to medium-low.
Cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes. / Remember to stir every 5 minutes.
Stir every five minutes.
30 minutes are up!
Remember to stir the pearls well enough to prevent them from sticking together.
After that, turn off the fire and hold it for 30 minutes.
Times up!
Pour out the pearls and drain the water.
Then, pour the pearls back into the pot.
Wash the mucus on the pearl surface with room temperature RO water.
Stir them with a whisk then drain the water.
Repeat this step again and the pearl will taste better.
After washing for the second time, shake the container to drain the water.
Then pour the pearls into a smaller container.
Add syrup, the ratio of syrup is 70g of honey to 300 c.c. of sugar water or only add 150g of brown sugar syrup.
The delicious pearls are finisfed.
